Now receive your voicemail via email with either an MP3 or WAV audio attachment

March 30, 2010

For our Jott Voicemail customers, we added the option to get your voicemail transcription emailed to you with the audio attachment in the form of a WAV (uLaw) file.

We still recommend the MP3 file attachment for most users - it’s a smaller file with better audio quality. But, the WAV (uLaw) file is a great option for users who can’t play MP3s on their device, such as some BlackBerry users.

Change your attachment setting here: https://jott.com/settings_voicemail.aspx.

Scheduled maintenance: Monday, 3/1 @ 8pm Pacific

March 1, 2010

Dear Jotters,

This is to notify you that the Jott service will be going into maintenance mode starting at 8pm Pacific tonight with limited access to the Jott service. We expect this to take a half hour. By 8:30pm Pacific, you should once again have full access to all of the Jott services.

Please note that if you’re a Jott Voicemail customer, any voicemails that you receive during this time will be recorded; they will be sent to you once maintenance is complete.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thanks,
The Jott Team
