There's been a lot of speculation about the type of chip that will be used in the new iPhone known as Arm from the regular companies. The Palm Pre is also using this chip and it's known to be about 600 megahertz, pretty much in speed, hopefully but it is a progressive boost to smart phones which is pretty good. This new upgrade will allow phones to operate faster, handle systems more efficiently. I just hope it all works that well in the end.
