For Windows Mobile 7, it appears that certain businesses are not upgrading to Windows 6.5 in order to save money. The question that people should ask if it worth updating to 6.5. Though, upgrade will cost money but will go up to when Windows Mobile 7 will have made more features. The only problem is Windows 7 will be out 'till year 2010.
