I ran across another fantastic deal today, it's located in North Gelida(?). It's a 4 bedroom home in excellent condition. Would make a really great family home. It' only gonna be available for another day or two. It's priced at 550. There are 4 offers on the table, the highest of which is probably in the 575 range. 585, I'm guessing.
