Down jackets without hoods

A hoodless down jacket offers a sleeker, light silhouette, and is often easier to layer.
It also enhances a stand-up collar, turtleneck sweater or scarf, while remaining warm.

Wash at 30°C on delicate cycle, with zipper fully up and collar folded.
Use a mild detergent and avoid spinning too hard to preserve the finish and seams.

For an urban look: combine with straight pants, boots and a fine scarf.
For a more casual look: jeans, sweatshirt and sneakers will do the trick. For a chic version: over a flowing dress or monochrome outfit.

It's light, less bulky, and adapts better to layering (coat, waterproof jacket...).
On the other hand, it doesn't protect the head from wind or rain, so you'll need a removable cap or hood.
