You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your items.

Once your package has been shipped, please allow 5 days for it to arrive at our warehouse.

Once received, please allow approximately 10 days for processing. We will check that the returned product is the same as the one sent, without having been used or damaged.

You will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of the goods in our warehouse.

The refund will be made via the payment method you used when placing your order. It will include the price of the returned items and the initial delivery costs (if the entire order is returned), minus the return shipping costs.

For the countries listed below, returning your order is easy. Use the prepaid return label you received by email. The return shipping costs will then be deducted from your refund.
