The ROMA NOOS women's reversible waterproof down jacket is a permanent fixture in the JOTT wardrobe. Available in black and navy, it is light and features a waterproof side with a waterproof closure for perfect waterproofing, and a shiny quilted side in the same color. On the practical side, this must-have garment features a double-zip closure, welt pockets and an interior drawcord for a perfect fit.
