Shipping policy
1 - DELIVERY :
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday until 12:00 noon. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (except on holidays).
The preparation time before shipping is 1-2 working days.
During busy periods (sales, holiday periods...), the preparation and dispatch of your order may take a little longer.
Delivery times :
France:
The delivery at residence - delivery against signature: will be carried out during the working hours, from Monday till Saturday, except public holidays. The delivery time in Metropolitan France is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipment.
The delivery in point relay: The post office and in post office will be carried out during the working hours, from Monday till Saturday, except public holidays. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipping.
Chronopost express delivery: will be made during working hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery time in metropolitan France is 1 working day after shipment for orders placed before 12pm from Monday to Thursday.
Orders over €90.00 (excluding delivery charges) are exempt from delivery charges, for standard delivery in mainland France (including Corsica).
Germany, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland:
Delivery at home and in relay point (except Switzerland) - delivery against signature will be carried out during the working hours, from Monday till Saturday, except public holidays in 3-5 working days (except specific territories and delay of customs clearance).
DHL express delivery (outside Switzerland): will be made during working hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery time is 1 working day after shipment for orders placed before noon from Monday to Thursday.
Orders over 180,00€ (excluding shipping costs) are exempt from shipping costs, for delivery in Germany, Belgium, Spain (excluding Andorra), Luxembourg, Netherlands and Switzerland.
Austria, Italy:
Home delivery and delivery against signature will be made during working hours, from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays in 3-5 working days (excluding specific territories and customs clearance time).
DHL express delivery: will be made during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery time is 1 working day after shipment for orders placed before 12:00 noon from Monday to Thursday.
Other countries :
The delivery at residence - delivery against signature will be carried out during the working hours, Monday at Saturday, apart from the public holidays starting from 6 working days according to the destinations.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

The times indicated do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorizations.
Orders will be processed according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We cannot change the delivery address indicated in the order after shipment.
Pick-up in Store Customers can opt for in-store delivery. Delivery is free. Below is the list of Stores eligible stores:

DELIVERY CHARGES
Home delivery in France : 5,99€ TTC
Point Relais : from 5,99€ TTC
Delivery in Europe : from 7,99€ TTC depending on the country of destination.
International delivery: from 25€ TTC depending on the destination country.
TAXES & DUTIES
The taxes are already included in the price of the product, but the customs duties, the extra community VAT, and the expenses of files related to the passage in customs remain with the load of the customer.
2 - TERMS OF RETURN
We don't do exchanges, only refunds.
You have 30 days following the reception of your order to inform us of your request for return and to return part or all of your order.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of sale, only unworn, unstained, undamaged, unwashed items with tags, pouch/kit/cover intact will be accepted.
Returned items must be in resalable condition.
1 - Click here to to access the returns portal then enter your email address and order reference.
2 - Select the item you wish to return, and indicate the reason for return. If more than one item is to be returned, select the additional item(s) to be returned and/or the quantity.
3 - Confirm your return request
4 - Include the return form you received by e-mail in your parcel so that we can identify and process your return.
5 - To send your return :
- For the countries concerned: you can use the prepaid return label received by email, the return costs will then be deducted from your refund according to the table below:

* JOTT DIGITAL cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft of the parcel. The customer is advised to send the return with a tracking number, and to keep the documents concerning the return, in order to follow the evolution of the delivery, until the notification of receipt by JOTT DIGITAL.
The returns are done EXCLUSIVELY by post, the returns in relay point and in Store are not available.
For each return, it is imperative to enclose the return slip in order to identify your order.
6 - After receipt and processing of your parcel by our services, and provided that the return complies with the above return procedure, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your parcel in our warehouse using the payment method used at the time of purchase (Paypal or credit card).
Depending on the bank processing time of the Customer's bank, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in the Customer's bank account.
In case of return from a country concerned by customs duties, the Customer must mention that it is a return of goods on the customs declaration. Otherwise, the customs duties related to this return will be the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
